The Consultation process

Our Stakeholder Consultation services are carefully planned and thoughtfully delivered, and include 3 core stages:

Stage 1: Research & Planning

We begin by understanding your organisation, objectives, and stakeholder landscape. This stage involves planning a consultation approach that is tailored, culturally safe, and strategically aligned.

Stage 2: Facilitation

We conduct consultation sessions with stakeholders — in-person or virtual — creating safe spaces for participants to share feedback, perspectives, and lived experience.

Stage 3: Analysis & Reporting

We collate and analyse insights, identify key themes, and provide practical recommendations. Reports are designed to support actionable outcomes and inform strategic decision-making.
